上市公司基本组织特征与创新类别的实证研究

本文通过区分渐进式的创新和激进式的创新，用相关分析研究了医药类和电子信息技术类上市公司创新的类别与公司规模、公司绩效、公司历史、高层管理人员年龄之间的关系。实证分析的结果显示，在上市公司中。规模比较大的公司倾向于进行渐进式创新，但公司的绩效并没有随着渐进式创新的增加而增加；公司上市时间越长。渐进式创新所占的比重越大，激进式创新所占的比重越小。本文认为，历史较长、规模较大的公司应该在创新上保持足够的组织、管理和决策柔性，以合理控制风险和保持长久的创新活力。

The Empirical Study about Basic Organization Character of the Listed Companies and Innovation Types

In this article, we via to distinguish the incremental and radical innovation, from different angle of the innovation types, use bivariate correlate analyse to study the medicine and electronic telecommunications listed companies'relationship among innovation types and size of the firms, performance of the firms, history of the firms, the age of the top managers. Through the empirical study, we conclude that older and larger firms should adopt the new ways to drive radical innovation so that cortrol risk rational and keep innovation energy for a long time.
