试析帕森斯与柯林斯的主要教育观点

摘    要:功能论强调社会是由不同质的部分构成的和谐、稳定的统一整体。教育 在于促进个人的行为有助于社会的稳定发展;冲突论强调社会每时每刻都发展变化,都存在分歧与冲突。学校的发展取决于社会各身份集团利益冲突的发展。帕森斯和柯林斯分别是这两种理论的代表。本论述了他们的主要教育观点,并阐析他们的异同。

Abstract:The Functionalism emphasize the society is fit well together a steady and integrative whole by every different quality parts. Moreover, the function of education is advancing the behavior of every social member. In contrary, the Conflict Theory emphasize that any society is developing and changing in every moment, and cannot avoid confliction in social life. Furthermore, the development of school depends upon the social different interests group. Talcatt Parsons and Randall Collins is one of their represents respectively. This essay analyzed the difference of their views.
