欠发达地区高校学科馆员制过渡模式的探究

目前,国内的高校图书馆纷纷投入到学科馆员制的改革中,全国已有数十所高校建立起学科馆员制。然而,在欠发达地区的高校图书馆,直接推行学科馆员制存在很多现实困难,难以一步到位,于是提出学科馆员制过渡模式的思考和构想,以促使欠发达地区的高校图书馆能够从实际出发,循序渐进地开展革新进程,为最终实现学科馆员制做必要铺垫。
