| 摘 要： | 集体谈判权作为集体劳权通常是由劳动者集体享有,并由工会作为劳动者的代表来行使的权利,是集体劳权的核心权利。集体谈判权是通过集体谈判制度来实现和保障的。我国集体谈判权的发展还存在着很多问题,我们必须从多方面加以重视。

| Abstract: | Collective bargain rights as core rights among collective labor rights belongs to all workers and is exercised by the labor union which represents all workers. Collective bargain rights are realized and protected by the collective bargain system. More attention should be paid to the existing problems on the development of collective bargain rights in China. |
