旱稻(Oraza sativa)/高粱(Sorghum bicolor)杂交后代光合特性分析

摘    要:以旱稻为母本,高粱为父本进行属间远缘杂交,获得了稳定的杂交后代.测定开花期杂交后代及亲本旗叶光合性能,结果表明,杂交后代与母本相比,具有较高的净光合速率和水分利用效率,说明后代中有父本高粱优良基因导入.

Abstract:Distant hybridizatiom of Oraza Sativa/ Sorghum bicolor yields steady hybrid progeny.The Photosynthesis were measured on the leaves of Oraza Sativa/ Sorghum bicolor and those of their generic hybrid progeny at florescene.The results show that the Pn and water use efficiency of hybrid progeny were higher than Oraza sativa.It prove that there are good genes of Sorghum in the hybrid progeny
