基于AHP对高水平篮球运动员中期选材指标的量化研究

通过对专家的问卷调查及综合各位专家的意见，利用层次分析法（AHP）原理对影响高水平篮球运动员中期选材的诸多指标因素进行分析研究，构建了篮球运动员中期选材指标的递阶层次结构——中期选材指标体系，确定了17项具体的中期选材指标；根据专家咨询所提供的判断矩阵，计算出各层次中各项指标因素对目标层的权重值，最后得到了各项指标因素重要性的总排序结果，并将结果应用到宁夏大学校篮球队参加2007--2008年CUBA宁夏赛区该队的待选运动员，进行了实验性选材评价，其研究结果与实际情况是相吻合的。从而，为高水平篮球运动员中期选材中的各项指标因素的权重分配问题和篮球运动员中期选材及篮球运动训练工作提供了比较科学的理论参考依据。

Quantitative Research on High- level Basketball Players in the Medium- term Selection Indicators Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process

This paper is based on the advice of experts and comprehensive survey,and Analytic Hierarchy Process （AHP） ,the anther analyzes the indicators which affect the selection of the high - level basketball players,and eonstracts the basketball players intermediate stage selection hierarchical structure- in- termediate stage selection tarot system and determines 17 specific intermediate stage selection target. According to experts, advice provided by the matrix, calculating on the various indicators of the levels each target factor to the target stratum weights,finally obtaining each tarot factor important total sorting resuh,the author applied it to the athletes selecting of Ningxia University Basketball Team in the 2007--2008 CUBA in Ning：da contest area.by using the selection of experimental evaluation,The results are actual situation are match. Thus, it provides one kind of quite scientific theory reference for high - level basketball player intermediate stage selection in each target factor weighted distribution and the basketball athlete intermediate stage selection and the basketball movement training work.
