| 摘 要： | “把发展作为党执政兴国的第一要务”是当代中国共产党人对马克思主义发展理论的丰富与发展。马克思主义发展理论和毛泽东、邓小平发展思想是这一科学命题制订的理论基石;世界政治经济发展的总体趋势、社会主义建设兴衰成败的经验教训、中国共产党历史方位的变化则是提出这一科学命题的实践依据。

| Abstract: | "The development as the first urgent business of political party to be in power and make country strong" is the development to Marxism for Chinese Party. The development theory of Marxism and the development of Mao Zedong thought and Deng Xiaoping theory are the foundational stone; whose scientific practice foundation are : the general tendency of the world politics and economics, experience lessons of the success and failure of socialism construction and the changes of history direction of Chinese Party. |
