| 摘 要： | 本文利用各种差异指标对近6年来我国西部地区12个省区市义务教育阶段普通小学生师比进行比较分析。揭示西部各地区普通小学生师比分布趋势。分析结果表明，西部各地区在教师配置上存在着明显的差异，生师比例与全国平均水平相差较大，并维持在较高水平上。
