| 摘 要： | 在竞技体育竞争日趋激烈的今天，运动员除了需在技术、技能等方面较量外，还需在心理方面进行较量。通过对大学生高水平田径运动员赛前焦虑特征的研究，旨在了解焦虑产生的原因及规律，以便更好的为教练、教师的心理训练提供依据。

| Abstract: | Today, the emulously sports becoming of fierce. The sportsman is besides the trial of strength in technology, technical ability, etc., Will carry on the trial of strength of the psychology. Expressly, when sportsmen are in similar level, and the one who can give play to the due level, who can win the victory. Can not say overstating at all that when sportsman's level is analogous to, the competition becomes the trial of strength of psychological quality. This test research for university student's high horizontal athlete's anxious characteristic before the match, in order to find out the reason and law of anxious come into being. And it offer better gist for the coach and teacher's train of the psychologies. |
