Process Management on Undergraduate Innovative Experiment Project

In order to cultivate the innovative spirit and improve the abilities in practice of the college students, China sets in carrying on the Undergraduate Innovative Experiment Project. This paper alms at sharing the understanding and experience of the process management through the experiment of the author, who was the director in the experiment. Process management is the key principle and an indispensable component during the experiment and an important guarantee of success. It needs the director to devote his enthusiasm and vigor into the work of guiding, encouraging and illuming the experimenters, so as to train their innovative spirit and abilities in a more efficient way and see a continual improvement in the director＇s own teaching level. Therefore, the purposes of the project finally have been realized.
