电子政务——服务型政府未来的发展模式

随着信息化时代的到来，发展电子政务成为建设服务型政府的有效工具。但是由于我国在经济、社会发展上的不平衡，在发展电子政务过程中还存在着一些问题，因此必须树立“以民众为中心”的理念，积极推遗电子政务建设，努力培养一支高素质的公务员队伍，加强电子政务相关的立法，并建立相应的绩效评估体系。

E- government - the Development Model of Service - oriented Governments

With the advent of the information era,the development of e-government has become an effective tool for building a service government.However,because of the imbalance in economic and social development,there are still some problems.Therefore,a "people-centered" philosophy should be established to actively promote e-government construction,strive to cultivate a high-quality civil service,strengthen e-government related legislation and establish appropriate performance evaluation system.
