| 摘 要： | 加强高校党的先进性建设的根本目的,在于建立长效机制。建立先进性长效机制,是高校肩负历史使命的客观要求,也是高校改革发展的内在动力和根本保证。总结高校先进性教育活动积累的新鲜经验,探索建立高校党的先进性建设长效机制,在实践中不断完善先进性,不断发展先进性,才能永葆高校党的先进性。

| Abstract: | The basic goal of strengthening the construction of the advanced nature of the Communist Party in institutions of higher learning is to establish a mechanism with lasting effect,which is the requirement of the historic mission of institutions of higher learning and also the internal motive force and the fundamental guarantee for the reformation and development of institutions of higher learning.Only by summing up the new experience of the advanced education in institutions of higher learning,exploring the establishment of a mechanism with lasting effect for the construction of the advanced nature of the Communist Party, improving and developing uninterruptedly the advanced nature of the Party in practice,can we preserve the advanced nature of the Communist Party in institutions of higher learning. |
