基于技术能力的学习资源设计及应用

以现阶段信息技术所具有的能力为基础，为信息化的学习方式设计一种更具信息化特征的学习资源。本文以信息流的概念和技术为核心，改变了当前学？J资源的信息结构和存在形式，使得文件化的学习资源成为数据化的学习资源，辅之以软硬件体系、学习活动中运行规则合理有序的调配，最终使得这一新颖的学习资源能够依赖于数据而适配不同的应用、适配不同的学习终端、具有足够丰富的表现形式。该文针对新型学习资源的获取、加工、数据投送和信息管理等主要元素进行了系统的介绍，并对新型学习资源所对应的学习环境展开了简单的讨论。

Design and Application of a Novel Learning Resource Based on Technology Capability

Based on information technology＇s ability today, a novel learning resource with a significant feature of informatization and intelligent was studied and designed for information study mode. In this paper, information flow is presented as the key technique and research focus about learning resource, and it would take a new construction into learning environment. As the result of which, learning resource with the type of file would be changed into the new structure with the type of data, furthermore, such novel information learning resource would be suitable to many kinds of application, communication terminal and so on, also the representation is abundant. This study presented a serious of results about learning resource with the basement of data and information, then the data＇s obtaining, operation and management were mainly analyzed and discussed, and the learning environment was also researched at the same time.
