| 摘 要： | 英语期末成绩考试是高校教学过程中的一个重要环节。然而，长期以来我们较少关注这类考试的结果的分析。本文讨论了成绩考试的反馈和激励功能、现代测试理论对语言测试质量的要求，以及定量分析试卷科学解释考试结果的必要性，并参照既定的理论标准提出了具体分析方法、对策以提高英语成绩考试试卷的命题质量。

| Abstract: | The intrinsic relationship between testing and teaching demands teachers and examiners to interpret the results of the achievement tests carefully.Based on modern testing theory and associated criteria,suggestions are put forward in the hope that subsequent measures can be adopted to improve the test quality and language learning and teaching as well. |
