试论高校心理委员队伍建设

心理委员制度，是朋辈咨询在我国高校心理健康教育中的本土化形式。建立院系心理委员队伍是构建全方位的、适合学生需要的心理咨询网络的良好办法。从目前心理委员队伍的建设情况来看，它具有咨询便利性与倾诉针对性的优势，但由于高校心理委员专业性不强，制约了辅导站的发展，因此提升进行心理委员队伍专业化建设、加强咨询人员的培训和督导、提高心理委员的核心能力是促进高校心理委员队伍健康发展的主要议题。
