| 摘 要： | 以宁波大学为先导的一批高校进行了新型人才培养体系的改革，在学生发展中更强调自主选择，“将成才的选择权交给学生”的教育理念也随之提出。但与新型人才培养体系紧密结合的关键要素——学生的选择能力，却没有达到我们所预期的水平。掌握当代大学生对新型人才培养体系的认识状况和他们所具备的选择能力状况，并在此基础上设计有效路径，提高学生成才选择能力迫在眉睫。

| Abstract: | Ningbo University as one of the leading colleges to reform the system of talent cultivation puts forward the new concept of students＇ self-decision of personal development. However, a major factor concerning students＇ selective skills is ignored in the new system. Thus, it is necessary to search for an effective approach toward the cultivation of students＇ selective capacity, based on the good knowledge of their recognition of the fresh system. |
