| 摘 要： | 体育兴趣和动机是影响学好体育知识的最为重要的因素,兴趣是体育行为的基础,学生一旦产生了强烈的体育兴趣,就会对体育活动乐此不疲."兴趣是最好的老师",学生有了体育兴趣,遇到困难也会自觉克服.因此,在体育教学中如何调动学生的兴趣和动机,让学生自觉、主动地进行锻炼就成为一个重要课题.

| Abstract: | The interest and motivation for sports is the key factor of mastering sports knowlege.Once students show great interest in sports,they will do it willingly and happily."Interest is the best teacher".Students will overcome the difficulties actively with the strong interest.Therefore,during the course of physical education,how to stimulate students' interest and find out factors affecting students' sports interest and motivation to make them take exercise actively has become an important topic for the PE teachers. |
