高职《物业管理》专业教学改革探讨

随着我国物业管理的发展，物业管理行业对从业人员的需求逐渐增加，对从业人员的素质要求日益提高。作为培养物业管理专门人才的部门，必须以市场为导向，培养行业所需要的人才。通过对物业管理市场的调查，确定专业培养方向，完善专业课程设置，提高学生的技能水平，实现培养目标。

Inquiring into the Teaching Reform of Property Management Major in Higher Vocational Education

With the development of property management in our country, property management industry needs more and more high qualified talents. As an institute which trains the talents in property management, it must train the skilled personnel according to the needs of markets. After the investigation into the property management market and in the light of our teaching practice ,we fixed our teaching purpose, perfected the curriculum setting, utilized modularity teaching method, as a result, the teaching result was improved. We strengthened practical teaching and fostered students' practical management ability, we've got good results through carrying out the policy of two certificates. And it gained high social prestige in the property management industry of Tangshan.
