民办高校高水平教师发展性激励机制探析

摘    要:近年来,民办高校高水平教师流失严重。笔者针对民办高校激励机制运用的现状,分析其产生的主要原因在于部分高校未能准确分析教师的基本需求。为了使激励措施达到成效,降低流失率,学校应站在教师发展需求的立足点上,制订并采取相应的激励措施,保持教师的发展目标与学校长期的发展目标的一致性。

Abstract:In recent years,drainage of high-level teachers in private universities is alarmingly serious.With the situation of using of motivation mechanism in private universities,we analyze the main reason is some universities can not properly analyze basic needs of teachers.In order to make effective motivation measures and decrease dropout rate,universities should stand on new point——developing needs of teachers,make relevant motivation measures,and make sure developing goals of teachers is consistant with long-term goals of universities.
