With the squeeze of electrode tips, the oxide film on aluminum (Al) alloy surface is broken and numbers of micro-gaps are formed randomly. The micro-gaps act as conducting spots at the beginning of welding, so the contact resistance is extremely high and unstable in spot welding of Al alloy. In this paper, a new contact resistance model is adopted to simulate the nugget forming process. This model describes the random distribution characteristic of conducting spots. The simulation results indicate that, within the first 5 ms of welding current (AC, 50 Hz), the temperature distribution at the workpieces interface is seriously irregular. In addition, the nugget does not nucleate from the weld center and grow continuously, however, it nucleates randomly from several points almost instantaneously and then merges into an entity quickly. Experimental results agreed with the numerical simulation.  相似文献

通过分形维对表面肌电信号进行识别分类.在30个健康志愿者做前臂内旋和外旋时,从他们的右前臂肌前群分别采集2类动作表面肌电信号.当原始动作表面肌电信号用小波包变换分解成几个子信号后,采用一种基于模糊自相似性的方法计算原始信号和4个子信号的分形维.结果表明:从频带0~125 Hz的子信号求得的内旋和外旋动作表面肌电信号的分形维有各自的范围;通过该分形维进行Bayes决策时,错误识别率仅2.26%.因此,该分形维适合用来识别内旋和外旋动作表面肌电信号.  相似文献

采用MULTISPOT MI-100电阻焊机,对车身用6061-T6铝合金薄板实施电阻点焊,研究并得到电阻点焊最佳工艺参数。然后,运用正交试验方案和极差分析方法对电阻焊工艺参数进行试验和进一步优化设计。在对2mm厚度的6061-T6铝合金薄板进行搭接电阻点焊后,分析焊接外观并完成拉伸测试,测试结果表明:当焊接电流60KA、焊接压力0.63MPa、板材厚度2.00mm时,试样所获得的点焊接头无明显缺陷,成型较好,具有良好的焊接质量和外观,其抗拉剪力值最大为5.583KN。  相似文献

The weld nugget formation in the resistance spot welding(RSW) of aluminum alloy was investigated in the present study. The nugget formation process was directly observed by using a digital high-speed camera. Numerical simulation was also employed to investigate the nugget formation process. The results showed that for the RSW of two aluminum alloy sheets, a nugget was first formed in the workpiece/workpiece(W/W) interface and grew along the radial direction and axial direction of the sheets, and then it became a large elliptical nugget. For the RSW of three aluminum alloy sheets, two small nuggets were firstly formed in two W/W interfaces and grew along the axial direction and radial direction; finally they fused into one nugget. Besides, there existed a critical welding time, after which the nugget size remained nearly unchanged. This indicates that a long welding time is unnecessary for the RSW of aluminum alloy. In addition, the calculated nugget radius was compared with the experimental results, which showed that the simulation results agreed well with the experimental results.  相似文献

针对滚动轴承振动信号的特点,从分形原理出发,利用分形维数的概念,对由滚动轴承故障产生的非平稳、非线性信号进行了分形特征的定量描述.试验结果表明,滚动轴承不同故障出现时,其分形维数明显不同.因此,可以利用分形维数有效地诊断出滚动轴承的故障.  相似文献

运用分形理论,以上海为研究区域,结合统计分析、GIS分析技术,测算上海人口分形分维数,依据分形理论对上海区域进行人口分布和郊区化的分维刻画,探讨上海人口郊区化空间推进的规律,可以得出以下结论:人口分布分形维数的测算表明,上海人口郊区化以来,全市及中心城区的人口分布的集聚程度有所缓和,人口分形性态呈现优化,但是上海人口郊区化目前还只是近郊郊区化,还没有发展到远郊郊区化.  相似文献

用分形理论对汽车变速齿轮箱振动信号进行处理,提取齿轮箱振动信号的分形维数,发现分形维数能够反映齿轮的磨损规律,可以对齿轮的磨损进行预测。同时试验研究了齿轮在磨损过程中振动信号分形维数的变化规律。结果表明:分形维数的变化与齿轮的磨损相吻合。  相似文献

An improved approximate entropy (ApEn) is presented and applied to characterize surface electromyography (sEMG) signals. In most previous experiments using nonlinear dynamic analysis, this certain processing was often confronted with the problem of insufficient data points and noisy circumstances, which led to unsatisfactory results. Compared with fractal dimension as well as the standard ApEn, the improved ApEn can extract information underlying sEMG signals more efficiently and accurately. The method introduced here can also be applied to other medium-sized and noisy physiological signals.  相似文献
