遗传算法优化BP神经网络的非线性函数拟合研究

传统的BP神经网络收敛速度慢,以及该算法的不完备性,易陷于局部极小,全局最优无法保证能收敛到等缺点.针对BP神经网络的缺陷,该文提出了遗传算法,利用遗传算法优化BP神经网络权值和阈值,使得训练了BP神经网络预测模型得到了最优解.采用遗传算法优化BP神经网络的算法,并以此结合算法来研究非线性函数拟合的问题.从实验结果表明,基于遗传算法优化的BP神经网络的非线性函数拟合具有较强的收敛性和鲁棒性,并且有了更高的预测精度.     

矿井瓦斯涌出量的遗传神经网络预测研究

矿井瓦斯涌出系统是非线性变化的复杂系统,传统的瓦斯涌出量预测方法存在一定的局限性。根据改进遗传算法（IGA）和BP算法的特点,将两者结合起来,利用改进遗传算法优化BP网络权重和阈值,形成IGA-BP混合算法,用于对矿井瓦斯涌出量进行科学预测。检验结果表明,基于IGA-BP混合算法的遗传神经网络模型可靠,预测精度高,效果良好。     

基于DNA计算的遗传算法解决最小生成树问题

给出了最小生成树问题（MST）的一个基于混合DNA计算的遗传算法模型。在该模型中,为了对最小生成树的解进行编码和解码,通过引入DNA计算,提出了一种最小生成树问题的改进遗传算法编码方案,该方案吸收了DNA计算和遗传算法的优点,具有固定的长度。为了搜索需要的最佳编码,引入遗传算法搜索技术,并给出了自适应的交叉算子和变异算子。最后,根据最小生成树问题的特点,通过实例仿真验证了所提出的基于DNA计算的遗传算法的有效性

对传统遗传算法进行改进,提出了一种基于遗传算法的分段十进制编码,采用分段的单点交叉操作,对于个体而言,实现的是多点交叉操作,最后提出了相应的组卷算法.

改进了传统的神经网络BP算法,提出了基于广义BP算法的非线性不确定系统的神经网络模型参考自适应控制方案.并将其用于非线性不确定系统的控制,仿真实验表明了控制器具有良好的非线性控制性能.     

基于四维编码遗传算法的自动组卷研究

在深入分析自动组卷问题的基础上,比较了几种常用组卷算法的优缺点,提出了分组四维编码的改进自适应遗传算法。该算法的编码方案为分组四维编码,使用模拟正态分布的分组轮盘赌选择算子进行种群选取,对交叉和变异算子的概率,根据个体的适应度值分布特点进行非线性自适应调整。实验结果表明,改进后的遗传算法很好地实现了组卷功能,在效率和质量上都明显优于传统遗传算法组卷,具有很好的实用性。     

基于改进遗传算法的BP神经网络控制器

BP神经网络是一种按误差逆传播算法训练的多层前馈网络,其与遗传算法的结合可以得到一种拥有良好的全局优化搜索和局部时频特性的学习训练途径。针对BP网络的不足,提出了一种基于改进遗传算法的BP神经网络控制器,此方法可以克服基本遗传算法收敛速度慢,容易陷入"早熟"收敛,计算稳定性不好等一系列问题,进一步提高了BP神经网络控制器的性能。最后通过对轧制力模型的预报仿真,证明了控制器的有效性。     

神经网络在股市预测中的应用

针对股票市场的非线性、复杂性等特点,研究了RBF神经网络在股票价格预测中的作用,利用基于人工免疫遗传算法的BP神经网络对模型进行改进.提高了模型预测能力以及精度.并选取了上证180指数7年的数据进行了精度对比.     

基于自适应差分遗传算法的BP神经网络优化

针对遗传算法在优化BP网络时出现收敛慢、预测能力有限等问题,提出一种用于优化BP神经网络的差分进化遗传算法。结合差分进化与遗传算法,首先对BP神经网络待优化参数编码,然后在经过遗传交叉和差分变异操作后,根据适应度值对种群规模进行自适应操作,以满足不同迭代阶段的要求。通过对测试函数进行仿真实验,结果表明,相比传统遗传算法,DE GA算法具有较好的稳定性和收敛速度,其优化后的BP网络预测精度保持在97%以上。     

基于改进型遗传算法的数据挖掘系统设计

提出了对遗传算法中适应度函数的构造,数据的编码等问题的改进方案,通过对"早熟"问题的分析,将改进的自适应交叉概率Pc和变异概率Pm算法应用到遗传算法中。最后给出了一种基于遗传算法的关联规则挖掘算法,并应用一个实例验证了算法的有效性。
