AMPK、能量代谢与运动的关系研究

AMP激活的蛋白激酶（AMPK）不仅可以作为细胞水平的能量感受器，还可以通过细胞因子参与调节机体整体的能量消耗和能量摄人。运动等应激可以激活AMPK。参与调节骨骼肌葡萄糖代谢和脂肪酸氧化等能量代谢过程。运动训练可影响骨骼肌AMPK基因表达，进而参与到运动训练的机体适应机制。     

改性催化剂催化合成1——萘乙酸甲酯

1——萘乙酸及甲醇在改性钼镍矿粉催化剂作用下，成功合成了1——萘乙酸甲酯。酸醇比：n(1——萘乙酸)：n(甲醇)：1：5，催化剂用量6％，反应时间2h，反应温度为回流温度。1——萘乙酸甲酯收率96％酯，经沸点测定，折光测定得以确证。     

钠与水反应全息演示仪

卤素单质间置换反应实验教学的改进

现行高中化学课本必修第一册(2003年版)73页中的[实验4—9]和[实验4—10]是卤素单质间置换反应实验。对该实验的课堂教学一直是教者探索研究的课题。笔者就此谈谈自己在实验教学过程中的体会。     

对降解焦化废水中氨氮的研究

大同市煤气化总公司的焦化废水,经过厌氧—缺氧—好氧(A/A/O)以及物化处理工艺,对废水中氨氮进行降解,使其达到国家一级排放标准.     

氢甲酰化反应中原料的分离与分析——α—烯烃中1—己烯及1—庚烯的分离与分析

为了给氢甲酰化反应制备各种醛、醇等化工产品提供原料,利用洗涤剂γ油裂解的中馏份(主要含C_5～C_9的α—烯烃),通过精馏柱分离,气相色谱分析,得到了纯度较高的α—烯烃(包括1—己烯和1—庚烯)。本实验为α—烯烃的综合利用找到了一条新途径。     

VEGF对缺氧大脑皮层神经元的保护效应

研究目的:探讨VEGF在中枢疲劳过程中的保护效应及其机制.研究方法:本研究采用体外培养大鼠大脑皮层神经元模型,施加缺氧刺激一周,并利用Western Blotting和RT-PCR等技术分别检测添加VEGF组(V组)和对照组(H组)神经元的VEGF、GABA和HIF-1α表达情况及其生存率.结果:缺氧刺激可诱导神经元提高VEGF及GABA的表达量.VEGF干预不仅显著降低GABA的表达量(P＜0.05),且从第4天开始显著提高了神经元的生存率(P＜0.05).结论:缺氧刺激可以诱导神经元分泌VEGF,且其对神经元具有明显的保护效应,该保护机制是通过"非经典"途径实现的.     

凸面镜的制作

低海拔及中度高原训练对男子柔道运动员运动能力的影响

为了探讨低、中度高原训练对运动能力的影响，本系统观察15名广东省男子柔道运动员在中度高原(1891m)和低海拔(1000m)进行2—3周训练前后Hb、CK、BUN、血清睾酮(T)、皮质醇(C)和T／C比值的变化并进行比较。研究发现：(1)高原训练中，Hb先降低后显升高，CK活性则是显升高，然后逐渐恢复，BUN开始变化不明显，随后显下降，回到平原后再升高至恢复；血清T、T／C比值显升高，而C显下降，保持高睾酮低皮质醉水平；(2)低海拔训练对运动员的血液生化指标、激素及运动能力有一定的影响，但不如中度高原训练效果明显；(3)中度高原—平原—低海拔交叉训练能使运动员适应过程加快，提高机能水平。     

磷酸盐生成规律

磷酸盐的生成情况是教学上的一个难点,掌握其生成规律是解决问题的关键,现举以下例子说明: 例一 将0.2摩/升的H_3PO_4溶液400毫升滴加到1摩/升的NaOH溶液200毫升中,经充分反应后,得到的盐是 (填分子式)。(泸州市1992——1993学年度下期末高一化学试题)

Using Context Clue in Reading

The context of a word consists of the other words surrounding it and the situation in which it is used.When we come across a new word in our reading,instead of looking it up in a dictionary for its definition,we can guess its meaning from its context.
