从文化认同视域论健身气功的文化自信

健身气功是新时代文化自信的应有内容和积极力量，但由于部分人缺乏对健身气功文化的正确认知而表现出一些文化自卑现象。文化认同是增强健身气功文化自信的现实任务，坚定健身气功文化自信需要以文化认同为基础，其中健身气功文化制度性认同是产生文化自信的驱动力，健身气功文化实践性认同是实现文化自信的决定力量，健身气功文化语言性认同是走向文化自信的表达媒介，三者内容的强化和结合，可促进健身气功文化体系进行创造性转化和创新性发展，进一步坚定和增强健身气功的文化自信。     

奏响社会主义文化强国的时代乐章

本文通过改革开放后中央政策对文化建设认识的演进、文化建设的国外比对,说明奏响社会主义文化强国时代乐章的战略意义,并对教育系统所肩负的文化强国战略使命、如何发挥大学生在文化强国战略中的重要作用和增强中华文化国际影响力,实施文化"走出去"战略等做了阐述。

采用文献资料法,依据健身气功与教育相融合的＂健身育人＂的思想,在国内初次探索了健身气功教育教育思想的内容,并试从健身气功教育思想的价值入手,探索了健身气功教育是健身气功与教育相结合的产物,以求从健身气功教育思想研究健身气功教育、研究健身气功与教育相融合。这对于创建国内健身气功教育的学科体系,传承我国民族传统体育文化,培养高素质的健身气功教育人才,积极推进素质教育,进而提高国民的健康水准具有重要的意义。     

中国生命哲学视野下的健身气功养生观研究

运用文献资料、哲学思辨等研究方法，立足于中国生命哲学的研究视角，对健身气功的养生思想展开研究。研究认为，“气”作为中国生命哲学的特有范畴，是健身气功的生命动力源，也是健身气功一以贯之的核心理念和养生根柢。虚静恬淡、道器合一、阴平阳秘、调和气血、自然而然等分别体现了健身气功的生命本然观、生命整体观、生命运化观、生命和谐观、生命自然观的养生思想，折射出中国生命哲学的文化意蕴，彰显了中华养生文化的生命色彩。研究对于丰富中国健身气功理论和文化体系建设具有较大意义。     

高校开展健身气功教学的组织形式探析

运用文献资料法、教学实践和综合分析法,探究社会体育与高校体育相适应的健身气功教学组织形式,分析各种教学组织形式的特点及适用范围,研究健身气功在高校推广中所需要的条件.高校可结合自身的办学条件和办学特点,对健身气功的教学组织形式进行科学选择,开拓创新.从而以有限的教学条件取得较好的教学效果,实现健身气功教学在高校的成功推广.

健身气功是中华民族的优秀文化遗产之一,是构建和谐社会,维护社会稳定,深受广大群众喜爱的体育活动。运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法等科研手段,对浙江省十一个地、市进行调查、分析,探讨健身气功辅导员队伍组织网络体系,为政府管理部门对健身气功的推广、发展提供切实可行的合理化建议。
