物流服务商管理库存下的供应链三方合同

为建立起物流服务商管理库存(Logistics-service-supplier Managed Inventory,LMI)下供应链三方长期共赢的合作方式,总结归纳出LMI模式.在LMI模式下,在由单一制造商、单一物流服务商和单一零售商组成的三级供应链中,三方对补货方式中的库存量最小值和库存量最大值进行谈判,找到合适的库存量最小值和库存量最大值,使供应链总体利润和各方利润最优.结果发现,供应链成员中谈判能力较强的一方可能更愿意使用LMI模式.这可为制造企业下游库存外包提供决策依据和方法指导.     

考虑物流服务水平影响的三级物流服务供应链协调

为实现物流服务供应链(Logistics Service Supply Chain,LSSC)整体利润的最大化,研究一个由物流服务集成商、物流服务提供商和功能型物流服务分包商组成的三级LSSC的协调问题.在考虑物流服务水平影响市场需求的情况下,建立以物流服务集成商为主导的Stackelberg博弈模型,提出一个由期权契约和成本共担收益共享契约组成的联合契约协调机制,即在LSSC的两个交易过程中,物流服务集成商与提供商之间采用期权契约协调,物流服务提供商与分包商之间执行成本共担收益共享契约.通过契约参数的合理选择实现LSSC最大收益和各成员共赢.通过均匀分布随机环境下的算例分析,验证契约机制的可行性和有效性.     

物流服务供应链子网络间关系及其对集成商绩效的影响

为了解物流服务集成商(Logistics Service Integrator,LSI)通过物流服务供应链(Logistics Service Supply Chain,LSSC)获取资源的方法,根据获取资源类型的不同,将LSSC网络划分为社会关系网络、物流协作网络、物流创新网络、声誉网络、市场网络等5种子网络,运用实证方法对子网络间关系及各子网络对LSI绩效的影响进行检验.实证结果表明,物流创新网络和市场网络对LSI的绩效产生正向影响,声誉网络对LSI的绩效产生负向影响,社会关系网络和物流协作网络对LSI绩效的影响会通过他们对其他子网络的影响进行传递.各子网络之间存在相互重叠和影响:社会关系网络会影响市场网络和物流创新网络,物流协作网络会影响市场网络、声誉网络和物流创新网络,物流创新网络会影响声誉网络,声誉网络会影响市场网络.     

LSSC基本理论框架

为给深入研究物流服务供应链(Logistics Service Supply Chain,LSSC)建立理论分析框架,在服务供应链研究分析基础上,对 LSSC 的演化机制、内涵、结构模型、特征、基本管理理论与方法进行较为系统的定性分析.以契约为主的形式整合链上物流资源的 LSSC,是1条能力供给链和增值服务链,只有通过物流能力与物流计划来协调;物流服务能力的获取与整合成为LSSC优化的关键;LSSC的管理主要包括能力、信息、流程和关系管理.     

基于能力分工与合作的LSSC协调

运用交易费用理论、能力理论等方法对物流服务供应链(Logistics Service Supply Chain, LSSC)的演化机制、结构模型、内涵本质、协调机制等进行较为系统的定性研究,为深入系统研究LSSC提供理论基础.研究表明:受社会分工与专业化、节约交易费用和聚焦核心竞争力的动力驱使,LSSC形成独特的演化模式.LSSC本质上是1条能力供给链,只能通过物流能力的配置来优化供应链,物流服务能力的获取与整合成为LSSC优化的关键.LSSC通过成员间基于核心能力的分工与合作来实现关系协调,这种协调需要专用性关系资产投资、知识共享惯例等机制来保障.     

港口供应链利益共享契约的协调机制

鉴于港口供应链存在特殊性,以及实际供应链中港口业务服务商的资源没有得到充分利用,影响了港口功能的发挥和供应链整体及各方的利益,考虑一个由港口业务服务商与港口企业组成的二级港口供应链,建立博弈模型.运用利益共享契约作为协调机制,分别分析港口物流服务需求具有和不具有价格敏感性两种情况下的博弈均衡.结果显示,利益共享契约在这两种情况下均可达到Pareto改进,实现港口供应链的利益协调.     

在商业信用下考虑破产风险的供应链协调机制

为了探究在存在破产风险的二级供应链中供应商信用合同采购策略,构建在商业信用和商业贷款两种模式下一体化供应链和非一体化供应链的最优决策模型,并在决策时考虑因破产风险而导致的期望损失,分别采用集中决策的采购策略和收益共享的思想协调非一体化供应链。供应商通过调整施加给零售商的风险溢价和分销价格影响零售商订购行为。数值试验结果表明,在不同运作模式下采用不同的协调方式不仅可以实现供应链成员利润双赢,还能提高整个供应链系统的订购量。     

客户企业奖惩下的LSSC安全和质量激励

为研究提高客户企业物流质量和安全绩效的方法,在对委托代理理论综述的基础上,构建客户企业奖惩下的物流服务供应链(Logistics Service Supply Chain,LSSC)的安全和质量双层委托代理模型,并进行求解.研究表明:客户企业可以通过提高奖惩系数和设置高的奖惩目标来提高物流分包商和物流集成商在各自任务上的努力水平,以促进其安全有效地完成客户企业提供的物流任务.     

与信用期限相关的两阶段延期支付下的供应链协调决策

为研究延期支付对供应链企业的影响，在由制造商向零售商提供融资(延期支付）、零售商向消费者提供信用支付构成的两阶段延期支付供应链的基础上，综合考虑延期支付下需求量增加和资金占用成本因素.假设市场需求为延期支付期限的函数.在分散决策下分别给出使制造商和零售商利润最大化的最优延期支付期限和订购数量.在集中决策下给出使供应链总利润最大化的最优延期支付期限和最优生产数量，并比较分析得出，供应链协调时制造商允许零售商延期支付期限的取值范围,实现分散决策下的供应链总利润达到集中决策下的供应链总利润.数值分析表明，延期支付机制可以有效解决供应链成员企业资金短缺问题和实现供应链协调.     

考虑质量检查的SaaS服务供应链契约协调

以独立软件开发商(independent software vendor,ISV)为主导的、由ISV与软件即服务(Software-as-a-Service,SaaS)平台运营商组成的两级服务供应链,面临产品缺陷率和努力水平不确定引发的市场需求波动问题。针对该问题,对比分散无协调决策和集中决策下的供应链收益,分析契约协调的必要性;考虑SaaS平台运营商质量检查行为,根据质量检查结果,建立风险共担的补偿契约与惩罚契约相结合的契约模型;考虑ISV无法监控SaaS平台运营商的努力水平和产品缺陷率的不确定性,分析质量检查行为对供应链收益的影响,讨论基于质量检查结果的契约协调。研究表明,根据质量检查结果所提出的契约模型能够有效增加供应链成员的收益,实现供应链协调。通过对模型进行算例分析,指明契约模型的有效性和现实意义。
