辽宁省大学生课余体育调查与分析

通过对我省10余所大学的2000多名大学生的调查,分析探讨了当前辽宁大学生课余体育锻炼的现状,并针对所发现的问题提出了建议.研究表明:当前,课余体育锻炼已成为相当一部分大学生课余生活的主要活动方式之一.大学生总体上课余体育锻炼参与面较广,但活动量相对不足.锻炼的方式、场所及锻炼项目等存在较明显的集中趋势,多数大学生对课余体育锻炼抱有兴趣,锻炼价值取向具有多元化特征.场地器材缺乏、学习任务过重等外在因素仍然是参与课余体育锻炼的主要制约因素,并且在课余体育锻炼参与率、周锻炼次数、每次锻炼时间、锻炼兴趣等方面,存在着较明显的性别差异.     

商丘师范学院教师身体健康状况和体育锻炼现状调查研究

通过对商丘师范学院教师参与体育锻炼的调查发现,教师参与体育锻炼的情况并不理想,大部分教师虽然对锻炼的积极作用有正确理解,但却不能很好地坚持。教师的锻炼项目呈现出多元化特点,而且大部分锻炼是在校园进行。教师在各个年龄段参与体育活动的动机、时长、运动项目的差异较大,教学工作量大对教师锻炼积极性的影响最大,时间、天气、心理因素、是否有同伴及子女等问题也会产生一定影响。     

江西省大学生课余体育锻炼现状的调查与分析

为了了解江西省大学生课余体育锻炼现状,为高校体育教学改革的进一步深化及课余体育活动的有效开展,本文运用问卷调查、文献资料和数理统计等方法,对江西师范大学在校一、二、三年级大学生课余体育锻炼的现状进行了调查与分析。认为80%以上大学生参加课余体育锻炼动机是健康积极的。不同系科、年级、性别在选择锻炼项目,参与者锻炼时间和次数都有差异,其影响因素是多方面的。     

高校女生体育锻炼现状的调查分析与对策——以哈尔滨学院为例

通过对哈尔滨学院女大学生体育锻炼现状调查发现,绝大多数女大学生喜欢体育锻炼,锻炼方式多选择散步、慢跑等项目,锻炼目的主要是为了减压、改善情绪,锻炼频率普遍低、时间短.影响高校女生参加体育锻炼的原因有学习紧张,时间少;运动场地不够,器材设备太少;学生喜欢的运动项目无人指导,不了解锻炼的方法;害怕运动损伤,缺乏锻炼的兴趣.文章针对以上问题提出了提高女大学生体育锻炼意识的措施,旨在通过提高体育锻炼意识进而提高女大学生的身体素质.     

研究:对天津市三所高校女大学生课余体育锻炼的现状调查及对策研究

本论文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数据统计法,通过对天津医科大学、天津大学、天津师范大学三所高校的480名女大学生课余体育锻炼的现状进行调查研究,结果显示:(1)三所高校女大学生对于课余体育锻炼的重视度以及锻炼目的都比较明确。(2)课余体育锻炼所选择的场所以不收费的为主。(3)在运动项目的选择上,以趣味性项目选择较高。(4)兴趣、时间、学习压力、场地不足等原因成为了影响女大学生课余锻炼的因素。     

河南省高职院校学生课余体育锻炼现状分析

通过对河南省高职院校学生课余体育锻炼的现状研究,发现学生课余时间进行体育锻炼的次数偏少,每次锻炼时间较短;锻炼项目主要集中在跑步、篮球、乒乓球、羽毛球等项目;而影响学生课外锻炼的主要因素是没时间,场地器材不足,没有锻炼习惯等;提出完善学校体育场地器材;积极提高学生的体育态度;培养学生体育锻炼的意识和习惯;努力提高教学效果,使学生掌握进行体育锻炼的一到两项体育运动项目,为终身体育打基础,从而促进学生健康水平的提高.     

衡水市中学生课余体育锻炼的现状调查与对策分析

作者运用文献法和调查研究法,在对衡水市中学生课余体育锻炼现状的调查分析的基础上,提出：被动参与和不参与课余体育锻炼的学生比重较大;参与课余体育锻炼的锻炼时间短,总体上锻炼强度低;课余体育锻炼地点选择主要在校外;中学生体育消费水平低;参与课余体育锻炼性别差异较大。要改变这种现状,学校体育改革要注意培养学生的体育兴趣和体育能力;充分认识到体育氛围对中学生参与课余体育锻炼的影响,培养学生的体育意识,积极创造条件,营造一个良好的体育氛围;增加人力资源和物质资源的投入。     

肇庆学院学生参加课外体育活动意识与行为现状研究

对肇庆学院学生的调查结果表明:当前,课外体育锻炼已成为相当一部分大学生课余生活的重要方式之一。大学生总体上参加课外体育锻炼的参与面较高,锻炼时间的选择及锻炼项目存在较明显的集中趋势,多数大学生对课外体育锻炼抱有兴趣,锻炼动机具有多层次特征;在课外体育锻炼频度、每次锻炼投入的时间、锻炼负荷等方面,存在着一定的性别差异。场地器材缺乏、学业紧张等外在因素仍然是学生参加课外体育锻炼的主要制约因素。     

安徽省高校非体育专业学生课余体育锻炼现状与特征研究

为揭示安徽省高校非体育专业学生课余体育锻炼现状及特征,运用问卷调查等方法对其现状与特征进行研究分析。结果表明:学生参加课余体育锻炼的态度表现较好,但实际参与人数少;参与项目单一、锻炼场地紧张以及缺乏专业性指导;以合作性参与方式为主,且女生选择比例高于男生;男女生进行课余体育锻炼动机无明显差别;每周参与次数不固定、参与时长短以及参与强度不足,绝大多数学生的表现不符合体育人口的标准;男女生参与课余体育锻炼行为表现具有明显差异。提出建议:效仿"清华现象"和"浙大现象";合理安排体育场地的使用并开发其他可用体育设施;开展各式各样的体育文化节,引导学生参与体育锻炼并实行学分制;实施因"性别"管理、引导。     

“90后”大学生网络成瘾与体育锻炼的关系

文章选取玉林师范学院450名大二学生采用问卷调查的方式筛选出网瘾大学生,对其体育锻炼行为进行调查分析,对网瘾学生与普通学生的体育锻炼影响因素的动机、态度、时间、形式和效果等进行比较,发现网瘾学生体育锻炼动机呈被动性、态度消极、缺乏对体育锻炼效果认知、多参与个人项目锻炼且锻炼时间较少,网瘾大学生体育锻炼严重缺失,应通过社会、学校和家庭共同为网瘾大学生戒除网瘾营造良好的环境。

Inequalities for inscribed simplexes

The problem on the geometrc inequalities involving an n-dimensional simplex and its inscribed simplex is studied. Aninequality is established, which reveals that the difference between the squared circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex andthe squared distance between its circumcenter and barycenter times the squared circumradius of its inscribed simplex is not lessthan the 2(n-1)th power of n times its squared inradius, and is equal to when the simplex is regular and its inscribed siplex is atangent point one. Deduction from this inequality reaches a generalization of n-dimensional Euler inequality indicating that thecircumradius of the simplex is not less than the n-fold inradius. Another inequality is derived to present the relationship betweenthe circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex and the circumradius and inradius of its pedal simplex.

Virtual reality approach for 3D large model browsing on web site

Using virtual reality for interactive design gives a designer an intuitive vision of a design and allows the designer to achieve a viable, optimal solution in a timely manner. The article discusses the process of making the Virtual Reality System of the Humble Administrator＇s Garden. Translating building data to the Virtual Reality Modeling Language （VRML） is by far unsatisfactory. This creates a challenge for computer designers to do optimization to meet requirements. Five different approaches to optimize models have been presented in this paper. The other methods are to optimize VRML and to reduce the file size. This is done by keeping polygon counts to a minimum and by applying such techniques as object culling and level-ofdetail switching.
