驱虫药甲苯咪唑的热分析研究

研究了氨基甲酸甲酯类驱虫药物甲苯咪唑的热特征．采用热重分析法与差示扫描量热法进行分析，根据甲苯咪唑的热特征信息进行了定性、定量分析，并计算其热分解动力学参数一表观失重活化能(E)；可作为驱虫药物甲苯咪唑质量检验的一种快速、简便方法。且对开展药物基础研究有意义．     

左旋咪唑、甲苯咪唑及丙硫咪唑对体外短小绦虫卵的作用

目的观察不同浓度的左旋咪唑、甲苯咪唑及丙硫咪唑对短小绦虫卵的破坏作用.方法从虫体孕节中涮出虫卵,放入不同浓度的药液中,按时观察形态变化.结果左旋咪唑对虫卵破坏作用大于甲苯咪唑及丙硫咪唑.结论三种药物对虫卵都有破坏性.     

吡喹酮、甲苯咪唑和阿苯哒唑对微小膜壳绦虫作用的形态学观察

应用形态学方法,对比观察了吡喹酮、甲苯咪唑和阿苯哒唑对微小膜壳绦虫的杀伤作用。结果表明:吡喹酮作用强而迅速,虫体表皮破损,节片严重溃蚀;甲苯咪唑和阿苯哒唑的作用较弱而缓慢,为临床用药提供了参考。对三种药物的作用机制进行了探讨。     

烷基咪唑离子液体与甲苯相互作用的理论研究

在密度泛函理论中的B3LYP/6-31G(d,p)水平上研究了1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐([EMIM][BF4])离子液体与甲苯相互作用的微观机制.研究结果表明,[EMIM]+和[BF4]-离子对有两种稳定的构型,存在强的氢键及静电作用,[BF4]-离子靠近咪唑环2位H的构型比[BF4]-离子靠近咪唑环4、5位H处的构型稳定.甲苯与这两种构型的[EMIM][BF4]离子对形成π配位作用的分子复合物,咪唑环2位H对甲苯的吸附作用比咪唑环4、5位H对甲苯的吸附作用强,2位H表现出更高的活性.离子液体的存在能有效地降低甲苯的前线轨道能级差,表明甲苯在离子液体环境中更易发生催化反应.     

吡喹酮、阿苯哒唑和甲苯咪唑对微小膜壳绦虫作用的超微结构观察

目的观察吡喹酮、阿苯哒唑和甲苯咪唑对体外培养微小膜壳绦虫的作用。方法利用透射电镜对比观察吡喹酮、阿苯哒唑和甲苯咪唑作用于微小膜壳绦虫72h后的超微结构变化。结果吡喹酮、阿苯哒唑、甲苯咪唑对微小膜壳绦虫微毛、皮层、基底膜、肌层、实质组织层均有破坏作用,吡喹酮对虫体皮层破坏较严重。阿苯哒唑、甲苯咪唑对虫体皮层破坏程度低于吡喹酮,但对肌层、实质组织层破坏较吡喹酮略重。结论吡喹酮、阿苯哒唑、甲苯咪唑对微小膜壳绦虫均有明显杀虫作用,作用强度以吡喹酮最强,其次是阿苯哒唑、甲苯咪唑。     

对-叔丁基杯[6]热力学及热分析动力学研究

用热重TG和DSC对对-叔丁基杯[6]的热分解过程进行了研究,用"DSC-TG"结合法推断出了对-叔丁基杯[6]热分解的可能过程,求出了其热分解反应动力学方程及热分析动力学参数;其热分解的过程为四号机理函数,为球型三维扩散过程.其动力学方程为:f(a)=3/2[(1-a)1/3-1],活化能为168.7KJ.mol-1,指前因子为8.54×1037S-1.     

苯甲酸热分解机理分析

利用热分析法研究苯甲酸在氮气流中以不同的升温速率(β=3、6、10、20、30℃.min-1)时的热分解过程与热分解动力学.确定了苯甲酸的平衡起始热分解温度T0=392 K;由Kissinger与Coats-Redfern两种经验公式求得该热分解反应的表观活化能E=70.4 kJ.mol-1.用32种常用的热分解机理函数对该分解过程进行计算,推算出一系列活化能,与经验公式得出的表观活化能比较,确定苯甲酸的热分解机理函数为:g(α)=α.     

HDPE、LLDPE和LDPE热分解动力学的比较研究

利用热重/差热同步测量仪在不同升温速率(5,10,20,30℃/min)和氮气气氛下对HDPE、LLDPE、LDPE的热分解行为进行研究。研究表明,三种聚乙烯的热分解只有一个分解过程,均为一级反应,热分解温度随升温速率β呈线性增加,并用Coats-Redfern、Kissinger及Ozawa法计算了HDPE、LLDPE、LDPE的热分解反应活化能E、反应级数n及频率因子A。     

1,3—二缩水甘油基—对叔丁基杯[4]的热力学与热分析动力学研究

用热重TG和DSC对—叔丁基杯[6]的热分解过程进行了研究,用“DSC—TG”结合法推断出了对—叔丁基杯[6]热分解的可能过程,求出了其热分解反应动力学方程及热分析动力学参数;其最概然机理函数为21号,为一级反应过程。表观活化能为101.79 KJ.mol-1,指前因子的对数为51.64 S-1。

综述了磁性Fe3O4纳米颗粒的制备方法.目前常用的方法有共沉淀法、水热法及溶剂热法、热分解法、微乳液法、溶胶-凝胶法等,讨论了这些方法的优缺点.介绍了磁性Fe3O4纳米粒子在靶向给药、靶向热疗及栓塞治疗中的应用,最后对磁性Fe3O4纳米粒子的研究前景进行了展望.
