石油与天然气工程领域专业学位硕士研究生培养质量保证体系的实践与研究

质量是专业学位研究生教育的生命线,专业学位研究生的培养质量保证体系分外部质量保证监控体系和培养单位内部质量保证体系。我校在结合多年该领域全日制学术型硕士、非全日制工程硕士的基础上,针对培养单位内部质量保证体系,从建立前提、关键环节、必要手段、有效途径等方面,研究分析了石油与天然气工程领域硕士研究生培养质量保证体系的构建框架,以期对提高专业学位硕士研究生培养质量起到参考作用。     

考研:深造还是"逃避"? ——学术型硕士研究生非学术职业选择研究

我国的研究生教育已经有了40多年的历史,研究生教育规模逐年扩大.我国学术型硕士研究生教育的培养目标虽然依旧是培养学术型人才,但现实中学术型硕士研究生在毕业后从事"非学术"职业的比例却越来越高.以问卷调查为基础,分析学术型硕士研究生的入学动机及毕业发展路径选择,结果显示:提升就业竞争力是学术型硕士研究生入学的最主要动机.建议从细分培养目标、重视本科教育、完善奖助学贷体系和改革培养方案等方面优化目前的研究生教育.     

学术型硕士研究生教育质量管理体系构建研究

学术型硕士研究生教育质量的提高依赖于研究生教育质量管理体系中各要素质量的提高。将优越的管理体系作用于高质量的体系要素并形成优化的结构,学术型硕士研究生教育质量水平在整体上可以获得提高。2008版ISO9001标准可以指导学术型硕士研究生教育质量管理体系的构建。将ISO9001标准引入研究生教育领域,会使更多的培养单位获得更多的发展机遇,提高教育质量,提高教育管理水平。     

U-S学习共同体对于学术型硕士研究生培养的意义及提升策略

研究生教育作为培养高层次人才的重要途径之一,是国家创新体系的重要组成部分。但总体上看,我国研究生教育还不能完全适应社会发展的需求,培养质量与国际先进水平相比还有较大差距。本文致力于从学习共同体理论的视角出发,分析其对于学术型硕士研究生成长的意义所在,并提出相应的提升策略:把握研究生培养的政策导向,关注学术型硕士研究生的实践能力;提升共同体成员的共同理解和责任意识;提升U-S学习共同体中学术型硕士研究生"双能力"。

学术型硕士研究生生源质量评价研究进展

对生源质量评价的研究是研究生教育的重要课题。基于学术型硕士研究生生源质量评价研究现状,总结了学术型硕士研究生生源质量的概念以及生源质量评价的意义;学术型硕士研究生生源质量评价体系可以分为两类：一是生源结构和综合素质,二是个体和整体指标;通过对指标选取、指标体系构建、参照标准选择和评价方法等方面的研究,得出国内学术型硕士研究生生源质量评价研究存在的问题,包括无统一规范的评价指标体系,多指标综合评价法的实用和指导意义不强,漠视评价体系适用的学校级别、专业性质和时间变化等。     

专业学位硕士研究生"螺旋提升型"培养模式

目前我国逐渐将硕士研究生教育从以培养学术型学位研究生为主转向以培养专业型学位研究生为主.全日制硕士专业学位研究生教育在培养目标、课程设置、教学理念、培养模式和质量标准等方面都与学术型学位研究生教育和一般的职业教育有很大不同.本文提出一种新颖的针对全日制专业学位研究生的"螺旋提升型"培养模式SUTM,改变了传统的职业教育...     

非学术型硕士研究生教育发展的路径与重点

阐述了发展非学术型硕士研究生教育的必要性并对该类型研究生教育予以界定,认为建立起相对独立的、规范化的非学术型硕士研究生教育体系是适应我国社会经济发展对各种高级专门技术型人才与应用型人才需求的有效举措.指出规范现有教育类型、开拓新的教育项目、培育新的培养单位是形成相对独立的非学术型硕士研究生教育体系的基本途径,培养非学术型硕士生的学科领域应集中在应用性学科和科技发明涌现领域,人才培养定位为各种非传统学术岗位所需的高层次人才,培养模式应为产学研相结合.     

应用型大学学术型硕士研究生的实践能力培养:定位、结构与路径

对应用型大学学术型硕士研究生实践能力培养的忽视,会导致研究生教育的错位,影响人才培养质量。因此,在高等学校分类发展图景中对应用型大学学术型硕士研究生培养进行精准定位,在此基础上分析应用型大学学术型硕士研究生实践能力的内涵与结构,指出应用型大学学术型硕士研究生实践能力的培养应以专项实践能力为主、以情境实践能力为辅,并从教育系统的教育者、教育载体、学习者三方面提出具体的培养路径。     

非学术型硕士生教育质量特质与培养过程架构

形成相对独立的非学术型硕士生教育体系是我国研究生教育多样化发展的重要方面。非学术型硕士生教育有其特定的质量要求,学术性、实践性、职业性构成非学术型硕士生教育的质量特质。非学术型硕士生教育质量保证特别强调社会需求、专业独创性、综合素质、即时改善、系统重构等节点。非学术型硕士生的培养过程必须构成一个整合性体系,实现培养平台实践化、知识体系综合化、培养环节集成化。

Inequalities for inscribed simplexes

The problem on the geometrc inequalities involving an n-dimensional simplex and its inscribed simplex is studied. Aninequality is established, which reveals that the difference between the squared circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex andthe squared distance between its circumcenter and barycenter times the squared circumradius of its inscribed simplex is not lessthan the 2(n-1)th power of n times its squared inradius, and is equal to when the simplex is regular and its inscribed siplex is atangent point one. Deduction from this inequality reaches a generalization of n-dimensional Euler inequality indicating that thecircumradius of the simplex is not less than the n-fold inradius. Another inequality is derived to present the relationship betweenthe circumradius of the n-dimensional simplex and the circumradius and inradius of its pedal simplex.

Virtual reality approach for 3D large model browsing on web site

Using virtual reality for interactive design gives a designer an intuitive vision of a design and allows the designer to achieve a viable, optimal solution in a timely manner. The article discusses the process of making the Virtual Reality System of the Humble Administrator＇s Garden. Translating building data to the Virtual Reality Modeling Language （VRML） is by far unsatisfactory. This creates a challenge for computer designers to do optimization to meet requirements. Five different approaches to optimize models have been presented in this paper. The other methods are to optimize VRML and to reduce the file size. This is done by keeping polygon counts to a minimum and by applying such techniques as object culling and level-ofdetail switching.
