“五四”前后一批作家所表现的新女性形象,探讨了妇女解放所走过的一条在曲折中前进的道路。从早期的具有浓重的悲剧色彩的女性形象到虽然软弱却依然举起个性解放大旗的小资产阶级女性形象,再到把个性解放与社会解放联系起来走上真正的妇女解放道路的女性形象。说明五四前后是"一个风云变幻和社会发展的时代,也是一个诞生众多女性形象的时代。     

廖仲恺研究新见

本文就廖仲恺研究中的两个热点问题作了新析，指出将廖仲恺研究、宣传的社会主义思想，定为“小资产阶级的主观社会主义”、“小资产阶级的空想社会主义”等性质，不妥。要动态地分析其思想过程，应说具有从小资产阶级的社会主义发展到逐步向往苏俄社会主义思想的性质；不能笼统地说廖是孙中山联俄、联共政策的拥护者、执行者。其实，他在第一次国共合作中的地位与作用，在国民党内，仅次于孙中山，排在第二位。

中国是一个小资产阶级极其广大的国家。广大的小资产阶级,尤其是小资产阶级知识分子,曾经是中国民主革命的一支不可忽视的力量。在“五四”以来的新文学运动中,革命的小资产阶级作家同样是一支十分重要的力量。这些小资产阶级作家走向革命的途径和历程虽不完全相同,但他们的创作道路反复证明了如下的真理:仅凭先进的创作方法是不够的,还必须具有进步的世界观,才能不断地克服小资产阶级知识分子的弱点,写出跳动着时代脉搏的作品。作为“五四”新文学战线的老战士的叶圣陶正是如此。他的短篇小说在一定程度上便显示了这种前进的足迹。
