对不同级别篮球运动员12项感知觉指标的测试与分析

运用文献资料、专家咨询访谈、心理实验测量和数理统计等研究方法,对61名三个级别篮球运动员的12项感知觉指标进行比较研究,结果表明:被动反应时、时空判断、节奏感、临界闪烁融合频率、深度视觉、手指握力准确度、内在感知觉7项指标三者之间相互无显著性差异;简单反应时和训练水平有关,水平越高简单反应时越快;综合反应时测值表明:高水平运动员反应较差,这和通常大家所想不一致,是新发现.提示:不同水平篮球运动员今后在训练时应注意加强较弱感知觉能力的培养,充分挖掘心理潜力.     

羽毛球运动员专项知觉运动技能训练的绩效研究

研究选取18名羽毛球专业运动员和16名大学生为被试,以专项情境比赛片段为素材和更能反映羽毛球专项知觉特征的脚反应时为评价指标,对羽毛球专项情境中知觉运动技能训练的绩效问题进行了实验性研究。结果显示:1)与低水平运动员相比,高水平者的知觉判断快速而准确;2)专项知觉训练可以提高羽毛球运动员的判断准确率,尤其是对于水平较高的专业运动员;3)专项知觉训练没有提高运动员的情境决策速度,说明基于专项情境的知觉技能训练对羽毛球运动员的影响主要表现在判断的准确性上而不是反应速度;4)专项知觉训练使运动员在进行情境决策时出现了明显的速度-准确率权衡现象。     

影响少年女篮运动员投篮命中率的主要感知觉因素的研究

通过对广东省八所少年体校的85名少年女篮运动员的某些感知觉因素的测试和教练员评定等手段，运用数理统计的方法，探讨影响少年女篮运动员投篮命中率的主要感知觉因素。旨为训练更具针对性，更符合少年女篮运动员的实际。     

自由式滑雪空中技巧运动员运动知觉能力的实验研究

本研究以我国自由式滑雪空中技巧运动员为实验对象,通过实验设计有计划地对速度知觉、深度知觉、本体感觉、综合性知觉、平衡知觉进行专项知觉能力提高训练,对比分析实验前后不同性别运动员运动知觉能力的发展特点。研究表明:通过运动知觉能力训练,男运动员本体感觉和平衡知觉提高显著,女运动员本体感觉和速度知觉提高显著,实验前男运动员深度知觉和速度知觉好于女运动员,实验后男运动员本体感觉提高幅度大于女运动员。     

大学生运动员训练自我效能感认知结构研究

为了进一步加深对大学生运动员训练自我效能感的认知,以促进大学生运动员训练自我效能感水平的发展,为提升大学生运动员的训练水平和竞技水平提供参考,通过问卷调查、数理统计等方法,对我国高校运动员自我效能感认知结构进行研究,结果表明:1)大学生运动员训练自我效能感的认知结构是由努力感、控制感、能力感、环境感4个维度构成。2)根据相关矩阵分析,关联度的大小分别为努力感、控制感、能力感、环境感。3)不同性别大学生运动员的自我效能感认知水平不具有显著性差异(P0.05)、不同水平大学生运动员的自我效能感认知水平存在显著性差异(P0.05)。     

不同位置篮球运动员及优秀投手感知觉特征的研究

运用文献资料、心理实验测量和数理统计等研究方法，对61名不同位置篮球运动员的12项感知觉指标进行了比较研究；同时探讨了优秀投手的感知觉特征。结果表明：不同位置篮球运动员的12项感知觉指标中，前锋比后卫的节奏感要强且有显著性差异（P〈0．05）；前锋、后卫均比中锋有较精确的深度视觉，且达到显著性差异（P〈0．05）；后卫较之中锋有更强的稳定性，且达到显著性差异（P〈0．05）。优秀投手与投篮水平有关的感知觉能力并非全部高度发展，存在相互补偿的作用。优秀投手中存在不同感知觉特征的两类群体，一类群体表现为皮肤两点辨别阈占优势，具有高度发达的触觉知觉；另一类为触觉能力相对较弱。提示：不同位置篮球运动员在训练时有必要加强较弱感知觉能力的培养。     

正念与训练比赛满意感的关系:基于问卷调查与实验研究的实证分析

目的:通过两项研究探讨正念对训练比赛满意感的影响及其作用机制,为促进运动员综合发展提供新途径。方法:研究1采用问卷法对269名运动员进行测量,对变量进行相关和回归分析,并采用Bootstrap的方法对运动竞赛焦虑和教练员-运动员关系的中介效应进行检验。研究2采用2(实验条件)×2(时间点)混合设计,将66名运动员随机分配到正念训练组和对照组(每组各33人),在训练前后分别进行心理测量。结果:在研究1中,运动员正念水平与训练比赛满意感显著正相关,与运动竞赛焦虑显著负相关,与运动员-教练员关系显著正相关;运动竞赛焦虑与训练比赛满意感显著负相关;运动员-教练员关系与训练比赛满意感显著正相关;正念水平不仅可以直接影响运动员的训练比赛满意感,还可以通过运动竞赛焦虑和教练员-运动员关系对训练比赛满意感产生间接影响。在研究2中,与对照组相比,随着时间的推移,正念训练组运动员的正念水平、教练员-运动员关系和训练比赛满意感均有显著提高,运动竞赛焦虑水平显著降低;运动竞赛焦虑和教练员-运动员关系的中介作用Bootstrap分析结果与研究1一致。结论:正念既可以对训练比赛满意感产生直接作用,还可以通过运动竞赛焦虑和教练员-运动员关系间接作用于训练比赛满意感。     

羽毛球运动员感受性敏锐度初探

研究目的羽毛球的击球手法要求运动员的动作幅度小、出手快及方向准,即有较强的控制球的能力。而控制球的能力的关键是提高运动员的感知觉的能力。因此,对羽毛球运动感受性敏锐度的研究是必要的。本文选择了一些感受性的心理指标,对羽毛球运动员进行测试,其目的是了解羽毛球运动员的感受性特点及其与专项训练的关系,为选材和训练工作提供一点科学依据。

旨在从运动员知觉角度入手,探讨影响运动员训练和比赛心理状态的教练行为。采用开放式问卷调查和内容分析等质性研究方法编制教练行为知觉问卷,然后通过对测试数据进行随机分组,对其进行探索性因素分析、验证性因素分析和项目分析,结果表明,运动员知觉到的影响他们训练和比赛心理状态的教练行为包括悉心指导、过度责备、宜人言行、反常态度四个维度,而且教练行为知觉问卷的内部一致性信度和结构效度均符合心理测量学的要求。
