为充分发挥高职酒店管理专业类课程校本教材对学生、教师和企业培训的积极作用,在开发校本教材过程中应充分考虑校本教材开发的依据、条件和创新点,尤其应从校本教材编写内容、编写体例和编写辅助材料等三方面体现高职酒店管理专业类课程校本教材的特色.     

从娱乐新闻到新闻的娱乐化浅谈

娱乐新闻是不是新闻,从学术角度看,娱乐新闻肯定不同于过去我们习以为常的严肃新闻,它甚至与我们通常理解的社会新闻也有很大的差别。传播学者刘宏认为,娱乐新闻是根据现代人的某种需要而生产出来供一部分人消费的信息产品。在娱乐新闻大行其道的今天,娱乐新闻的具备了越来越广阔的市场。那么,新闻的娱乐化是否就是所谓的"娱乐新闻"呢?首先我们必须看到,新闻娱乐化已经成为一种世界性的趋势,事实上,新闻的娱乐化,是现代新闻的一种表现方式,一种表达手段,它在内容上偏重于软新闻,消减了新闻当中严肃的比例,从严肃的政治、经济变动中去挖掘新闻的娱乐价值。在表现形式上,新闻的娱乐化强调故事性、情节性,并适度加入了人情味因素,强化了事件的戏剧悬念、冲突或煽情、刺激的方面,走新闻故事化、新闻文学化道路。如何正确看待新闻娱乐化,我们应当遵循新闻发展的客观规律。     

Selection of a Thermophilic Alkalitolerant Actinomycete and Conditions for CMCase Production

Five thermophilic strains that can degrade cellulose were isolated from the compost of a waste management in Guangzhou, China. Since one of them degraded cellulose effectively, it was chosen as the study strain. Based on its morphology, spores‘ susceptibility to heat, cell wall composition and other characteristics, the organism was classified as Thermomonospora fusca. Conditions for production of carboxy methyl cellulase (CMCase) were examined. The optimal temperature and pH value for enzyme production were 50℃ and 10.5, respectively. Cellulosic materials and easily metabolisable carbohydrates served as carbon sources for the growth of the strain. Only cotton, avicel,carboxy methyl cellulose (CMC) acted as potent inducers for the production of cellulases by this strain. Despite excellent growth on easily metabolisable carbohydrates, only constitutive levels of cellulases were produced. The optimal carbon and nitrogen sources for CMCase production were cotton and soybean respectively. The high thermostability, wide pH stability, and cheap nitrogen source show well potential use for composting treatment and commercial detergents.

小兔和小狗

四川省黑水县维古乡卡斯达温舞蹈文化传承与发展探析

"卡斯达温"舞蹈是四川省黑水县维古乡最具特色的民间舞蹈,从最初的祭祀狩猎、生产活动,逐渐演变为丧葬礼仪、节日庆典举行的礼佛敬佛、祈求平安的一种民间祭祀性歌舞活动。以维古乡藏族民间舞蹈"卡斯达温"舞蹈为个案,通过实地考察,对其舞蹈文化生态、表现形态、传承保护途径进行系统分析,试图找出"卡斯达温"舞蹈最佳的传承和保护路径,为黑水县维古乡藏族非物质文化遗产的保护与发展提供借鉴。     

提高化工机械设备防腐能力的方法研究

本文结合笔者实际工作经验,针对化工机械设备在使用过程中容易发生腐蚀的问题做出分析,作者就如何提高化工机械设备的防腐能力方面进行了探讨。

加强对半工半读、工学交替人才培养模式的研究,探讨校企合作培养人才的实践环节,建立长效运行机制,是高职教育自身发展、高职学校发展,更是高职学生发展的需要.文章提出良好的专业基础教育、扎实的学生思想工作、稳固的校企合作关系、完善的管理制度和灵活的教学安排是保障高职酒店管理专业"工学交替"(4+1)工作顺利实施的必要条件,并对实施过程进行了反思.     

Storage and Subsequent Reactivation of Phosphate-Accumulating Aerobic Granules

Phosphate-accumulating aerobic granules cultivated in a sequencing batch reactor were composed of inner rod-shaped bacteria aggregates and outer twining filamentous bacteria. The influence of two-month storage under different conditions on the storage and subsequent reactivation performance of aerobic granules was investigated. After two-month storage the granules sealed at 4 ℃ in distilled water or normal saline (named granules A and granules B, respectively) could maintain their characteristics as before, while the granules idled in the reactor at room temperature (named granules C) exhibited decreased properties. During reactivation, granules A and granules B presented almost identical recovery performance, faster than granules C, in terms of phosphorus removal efficiency, mixed liquor suspended solids (MLSS), phosphate release and accumulating ability. The results suggest that hermetical storage at low temperature promoted the maintenance of the granular properties and the reviving behaviors of phosphateaccumulating aerobic granules, and storage medium had little influence on the storage and recovery performance.
