中文电子病历的分词及实体识别研究

[目的/意义]健康医疗大数据是我国重要的基础性战略资源，本研究对中文电子病历分词与实体识别的探讨与实证较好地完成了医疗数据的信息抽取任务，对今后医疗大数据在语义层面的应用发展具有重要意义。[方法/过程]本研究首先融合权威词表、官方标准、健康网站数据及其他医学补充词库构建了词语数量级达到10万的医学词表；然后对电子病历的字段进行分词，对比了jieba工具、导入词典后的jieba、无监督学习及AC自动机4种模型的分词效果；最后，以自动分词和人工标注结果为语料，实现基于条件随机场的电子病历实体识别研究，并比较不同实体类别以及不同文本特征下的实体识别效果，选出最优模板。[结果/结论]分词结果显示，AC自动机的效果最好，F值可达82%；实体识别结果表明，"检查"和"疾病"实体的识别效果最好，而"症状"的识别效果不太理想。     

Virtual Microscopy as a Learning Tool in Brazilian Medical Education

Virtual microscopy (VM) is a widely used teaching method in Medical Education in many developed countries. In Brazil, however, this is not the case for most medical schools, considering Brazilian social inequality and uneven access to technology. Recently, the Covid-19 pandemic has also challenged Universities to seek and make a transition toward more effective methods of full-time online education. Thus, the main goal of this work was to verify student's perception and academic performance, assessed upon VM implementation in a Brazilian Medical School. Ribeirao Preto Medical School students answered a 26-question survey with regards to optical microscopy (OM) and VM. Academic performance was compared between participants that were (year of 2019) or were not (year of 2015) exposed to VM. Taken the results together, subjective impressions such as handling, suitability, learning effectiveness, and pleasure using the tools, have shown a higher score for virtual microscopy (median = 29), when compared to optical microscopy (median = 24) with a P-value < 0.001 by Wilcoxon rank test, upon measurement using an ordinal scale. Regarding academic performance, no statistically significant differences were found between groups (P-value = 0.38, Cohen's d = 0.19). Therefore, VM proved to be adequate to the Brazilian medical education in light of Brazilian social contexts and Covid-19 pandemic.     

Strength,Weakness, Opportunity,Threat (SWOT) Analysis of the Adaptations to Anatomical Education in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland in Response to the Covid-19 Pandemic

The Covid-19 pandemic has driven the fastest changes to higher education across the globe, necessitated by social distancing measures preventing face-to-face teaching. This has led to an almost immediate switch to distance learning by higher education institutions. Anatomy faces some unique challenges. Intrinsically, anatomy is a three-dimensional subject that requires a sound understanding of the relationships between structures, often achieved by the study of human cadaveric material, models, and virtual resources. This study sought to identify the approaches taken in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland to deliver anatomical education through online means. Data were collected from 14 different universities in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland and compared adopting a thematic analysis approach. Once themes were generated, they were collectively brought together using a strength, weakness, opportunity, threat (SWOT) analysis. Key themes included the opportunity to develop new online resources and the chance to engage in new academic collaborations. Academics frequently mentioned the challenge that time constrains could place on the quality and effectiveness of these resources; especially as in many cases the aim of these resources was to compensate for a lack of exposure to cadaveric exposure. Comparisons of the actions taken by multiple higher education institutions reveal the ways that academics have tried to balance this demand. Discussions will facilitate decisions being made by higher education institutions regarding adapting the curriculum and assessment methods in anatomy.

关注高校贫困生:问题、原因与对策

20世纪 90年代中期以来 ,我国高校贫困生人数和比例迅速增长 ,贫困生问题日益突出。这不仅严重影响了贫困生的正常生活、学业 ,而且引发越来越多的家庭和社会问题 ,制约了我国高等教育和基础教育事业的健康发展。本文在对当前我国高校贫困生问题的现状和原因进行深入分析的基础上 ,从政府、高校和社会三个层面提出了切实解决贫困生问题的对策 ,其中政府统筹、政策导向 ,尽快完善贷学金制度是解决问题的根本。     

Reimaging Public Libraries as Learning Communities: What Library Stories Can Tell Us

This article describes a study conducted in York County, Pennsylvania, on its countywide library system framed within the context of the statewide “Reimaging Libraries” Get Storied initiative, developed and marketed by organizational story consultant, Michael Margolis. Understood as an essential aspect of culture re-imaging and change, narratives were collected from library personnel by undergraduate students at Pennsylvania State University-York as part of a service-learning initiative (directed by the first author). Working closely with the library district consultant (second author), we assess the success of the initiative and make some recommendations for culture reimaging through the practice of storytelling.     

建立和完善农村卫生医疗保障体系——对福建省部分农村的调查分析

农村卫生医疗事业属为农村社会生产和人民生活创造共同条件的社会性基础结构的一部分.本文以福建省农村卫生医疗保障体系的建设现状为基础,通过对部分农村及相关部门、机构的调查取证,分析了福建省农村卫生医疗保障体系建设中存在问题,并就健全和完善福建省农村卫生医疗保障体系进行了粗浅的探索.     

冬季体育教学中学生动商的培养

当今社会应试教育使得学生体质呈连年下降趋势,学生们的体育锻炼意识和习惯以及能力差之又差。“动商”这个代表着一个人运动潜能、运动能力和动手能力的新名词也应运而生。如何提高学生们的动商水平,使学生们的动商与智商、情商共同发展,成为专家、学者们共同探讨和思考的课题。对在冬季体育教学中提高学生动商水平进行研究,总结出动商的培养具有有效促进学生的身体健康发展、发挥动商的德育价值、有利于体育教育的充分挖掘、培养学生终身体育意识和习惯等意义和价值;提出高校要高度重视学生动商的发展、家庭要大力支持学生动商的培养、社会要营造良好的社会环境和氛围、学生要增强动商自我提升的积极意识等提高学生动商的途径,为有效保障学生动商的提高,切实提高学生身体素质提供参考。     

浅谈如何培养本科生的科研能力

本科生科研能力的培养目前已是高等教育改革的一个重要目标。文章主要介绍培养本科生科研能力的重要性,就如何提高本科生科研能力,给出具体措施。通过提供优质的平台、开展学术报告、小班授课、导师指导等措施,让学生更加明确学习目标,合理利用资源、增强团队合作意识等等,从而达到培养和提高其科研能力的目的。     

有关实验室和工作室相结合的本科艺术设计实践教学探索

在艺术设计的本科教育体系中,除了方法论和基础理论教学,最为重要的就是把审美文化和理论需求物化成实体的实践教学。而在实践教学中,工艺性和艺术性常常处于对立统一的体系之中,如何寻求平衡,使二者在互补互动的良性循环中相互促进,是实践性教学探索的重要环节之一。本文通过对实验室和工作室教学相关侧重点的探索,力求解决实践教学中客观规律性和主观能动性的统一互动问题。
