浅析组织形象设计在企业中的运用——以重庆中百仓储超市北碚中山路店为例

本文旨在以重庆中百仓储北碚中山路店为实例,通过调查资料分析导入CIS战略即组织形象对企业发展的重要作用,同时确定了CIS是由企业理念识别系统、企业行为识别系统和企业视觉识别系统三方面组成的有机整体。以此为框架,从重庆中百仓储北碚中山路店组织形象滞后的现状,研究原因并提出提升组织形象的策略,起到引导该企业更好发展的目的。     

一种新型的水下探测目标自动识别系统

利用布里渊散射提出了一种基于人工神经网络的水下探测目标识别系统,并在神经网络中引入动量项和采用可变步长。经过计算机仿真实验,结果表明：与传统的水下探测目标识别系统相比,该识别系统在识别时间和识别率两方面都得到了较大的改善．这些优点对实现水下探测目标的实时自动识别是极其有利的。     

Communication and Social Identity Theory: Existing and Potential Connections in Organizational Identification Research

This essay builds on the growing, but underdeveloped, role of communication in work based on Social Identity Theory (SIT) as it relates to identity and identification in the organization. Five existing areas of connection between communication and SIT in organizational identification research are documented and assessed. These include salience of dual/multiple identifications, computer-mediated communication and virtual work related to identification, relationally focused work identities, organizational-level identities, and disidentification and related forms.     

Is RFID Right for Your Library?

ABSTRACT

RFID technology is taking off in libraries at an increasingly rapid pace. Though there are few libraries employing this technology today, the benefits are great. The cost is still prohibitive however. This article discusses some of the benefits and drawbacks to RFID to provide information for librarians that will be useful when deciding if the technology should be employed.     

“We Do It,but They Don't”: Multiple Categorizations and Work Team Communication

The present study adopted an intergroup approach to information sharing and ratings of work team communication in a public hospital (N?=?142) undergoing large-scale restructuring. Consistent with predictions, ratings of communication followed a double ingroup serving bias: while team members reported sending about the same levels of information to double ingroup members (same work team/same occupational group) as they did to partial ingroup members (same work team/different occupational group), they reported receiving less information from partial ingroup members than from double ingroup members and rated the communication that they received from partial ingroup members as less effective. We discuss the implication of these results for the management of information sharing and organizational communication.     

Monetary donations to an open source software platform

Online open source software platforms, such as Sourceforge.net, play a vital role in creating an ecosystem that enables the creation and growth of open source projects. However, there is little research exploring the interactions between open source stakeholders and the platform. We believe that the sustainability of the platform crucially depends on financial incentives. While platforms can obtain these incentives through multiple means, in this paper we focus on one form of financial incentives—voluntary monetary donations by open source community members. We report findings from two empirical studies that examine factors that impact donations. Study 1 investigates the factors that cause some community members to donate and not others. We find that the decision to donate is impacted by relational commitment with open source software platform, donation to projects and accepting donations from others. Study 2 examines what drives the level of donation. We find that the length of association with the platform and relational commitment affects donation levels.

对射频识别技术的系统组成及工作原理进行概述,并比较射频识别技术与条形码技术的不同。对射频识别技术在国内外图书档案馆中应用的实例进行分析,对使用射频识别技术的利弊进行比较,得出应在图书档案馆中推广使用射频识别技术的结论,并指出射频识别技术在图书档案馆中的应用前景。     

Fan empathy as a response to athlete transgressions

Sport has the capacity to intimately engage fans, deliver intensely emotional experiences, and create attachments to athletes and teams. This connection can be threatened by a number of actions or incidents, including scandals, and fans may engage in a range of behaviors to protect their identification. The purpose of this study is to explore and explicate the concept of fan empathy and illuminate the processes that fans engage in that lead to an empathetic response. Using data from online discussion forums and in-depth interviews, the authors examined empathy in the context of athlete misbehavior and indiscretions. Results provide evidence for the concept of fan empathy as both a cognitive and emotionally focused response, extending the current knowledge of fan behavior. Further, the findings reveal five sensemaking processes that facilitate an empathetic response in the context of inappropriate athlete behavior. This research has implications for sport managers seeking to manage and maintain relationships with fans, including in the face of actions or behavior that might threaten fan identification and association with the sport entity.     

以数字技术驱动和建构丝绸之路民族体育文化认同

该文基于文化认同理论,运用文献资料法,结合田野调查与专家咨询,探析如何通过数字技术驱动和建构丝绸之路民族体育文化认同。研究发现：数字技术颠覆了传统信息流通的方式,满足了受众对民族体育文化的认知需求。数字技术带来的时空一体化,有效推进了民族体育文化的共享,有望弥合民族文化鸿沟,塑造"他者"认知的想象空间,推进丝绸之路各国之间的文化交流与经济合作。建议以数字驱动、体验交流作为技术支撑,以中国主导、多边合作作为建构的主体,以民间体育文化交流、赛事品牌打造进行内容建构,多管齐下,共同打造民族体育文化数字空间,增进丝绸之路民族体育文化认同,助推"一带一路"经济合作与发展。

皮纹选材作为遗传选材的有效方法引起了人们的广泛关注。通过对我国优秀青少年蹦床网上运动员皮纹特征的研究,得出结论：我国优秀青少年蹦床网上运动员在多项皮纹指标上具有明显的特征,可以利用皮纹将一般人群和具有运动潜力的人群区别开来。
