论应用型人才培养的内涵及策略

文章以地方本科院校实现工程管理专业应用型人才培养目标定位为中心,在详细辨析应用型人才的概念和特征的基础上,指出并分析了现阶段工程管理专业本科人才培养中存在的主要问题,提出了应如何加强学生实践锻炼和提高学生解决实际问题能力的建议和措施。
