An analysis of sexual harassment on Iranian campuses

Consensual sexual harassment on Iranian campuses is getting prevalent; however, this phenomenon has not been examined yet. This study contributed to the area and investigated the sexual relationships shapes, the behaviour of Iranian faculty members and female college students, and the consequences of sexual harassment for the victims, even in its consensual form. Hence, the phenomenological qualitative method was applied to explore the experiences of 10 female graduate students. The data were collected through online in-depth interviews due to the COVID-19 pandemic. In line with the theoretical framework proposed by Terpstra and Baker (1986), the interpretive phenomenological analysis revealed three themes of Onset, Sexual treatment, and After effects. According to the results, the basic needs of the females and the professors’ leering seduced the females to enter into sexual relationships. The results also reflected the academic and psychological consequences of sexual harassment on the victims’ future. The findings have some implications for higher education policymakers, university chancellors, and governmental officials.     

青年女子排球运动员弹跳力模型的研制

为了探索发展青年女子排球运动员弹跳力的有效途径 ,以四川青年女子排球队 9名运动员和重庆女子排球队 13名运动员为研究对象 ,对有关弹跳力的多种因素进行了相关、多元回归分析 ,进而制定出发展弹跳力的回归模型 ,为青年女子排球运动员弹跳力训练提供参考     

春秋战国时期军队的跑跳训练

在冷兵器时代，军队行军强调速度对作战胜负具有极为重要作用。因此，我国古代兵家十分重视加强对军队的体能训练。跑跳项目就是当时训练提高体能的重要手段，在军事理论和军事体育实践中积累了宝贵经验。春秋战国时期军队的跑跳训练便是冷兵器时代军队体能训练的典型。     

不同练习手段组合对田径跳跃运动员专项力量训练效果的实验研究

选择八种常用手段,将三种双腿跳跃练习进行组合,另把五种单腿跳跃练习进行组合,对两组14名跳跃项目运动员进行8周的训练,获取了5项身体素质和BIODEX等速测力仪及KISTLER三维测力台的各项指标训练前后的测试数据.实验研究发现,不同的力量练习手段对人体作用是不一样的,轻负荷、重负荷、单腿练习、双腿练习对人体肌肉的影响有各自的特异性.因此,在力量训练中,选择正确而有效的手段和适宜的运动负荷与强度,把各种不同手段进行合理组合,才能求得最佳的综合整体效益.     

论背越式跳高摆动腿动作的技术原理

依据背越式跳高技术的动作方法，运用运动生物力学的基本理论，从运动学和动力学的角度，对背越式跳高技术中，摆动腿在起跳阶段的3个不同时段内的技术原理进行了分析与讨论。     

国内外优秀男子跳远运动员跳远技术特征的比较研究

采用文献资料研究法，对国内外优秀男子跳远运动员的跳远运动学参数和跳远技术特征进行比较分析，研究其中的差异。结果表明：走以力量见长的高跳跃型技术之路。是提高国内男子跳远运动成绩的有效途径；并提出了相应的策略。     

普通高校高水平跳远运动员训练的方法学问题

依据现代跳技术的主要特点与发展趋势，结合大学生跳远运动员绝对速度水平相对较低，助跑准确性与稳定性不高的实际情况，对普通高校高水平跳远运动员训练的方法学中的训练指导思想、训练状态目标、训练系统调控方法，一般训练与专项训练的关系、专项素质和专项技术特征及其训练手段等六个主要问题做了尝试性的探讨。     

现代跳远运动员的速度训练

跳远的起跳技术由打击型、制动型已经发展成速度型(跑步型)。为了适应这种技术,应该重新认识现代跳远运动员的速度训练,它包括发展运动员跑的速度(跑的能力、绝对速度、助跑速度),速度性力量和快速跳跃能力。

江永女书是世界上唯一一种由女性创造并使用的文字.目前所保存的女书文献数量极其稀少,散佚十分严重.本文就女书文献的散佚及原因等方面提出一些个人的浅见.     

North Korean women defectors in South Korea and their political participation

This study examines the political participation intentions of North Korean women refugees. Previous literature tends to highlight the sufferings and difficulties that female refugees experience as they leave their homelands and settle in a new country. Few studies have been directed toward the political dimension of refugee life. The empirical results show that North Korean women defectors hold generally participatory attitudes toward politics and mostly liberal opinions on policy issues. Furthermore, among the socio-demographic variables, age and marital status are generally influential in the intention of political participation among the North Korean women defectors. Among the political attitudinal variables, attitude toward environmental policy consistently affects political participation intention. With respect to defector-specific variables, satisfaction with life in South Korea is influential, whereas cultural adaptation is not.
