论优秀教师人文素养的养成

摘    要:在科学与人文日益融合的今天,人们对优秀教师的评价标准提出了更高的要求.优秀教师不仅要有扎实的专业基础知识和精湛的教学技能和艺术以及骄人的业绩,还要具备丰厚的以人文知识的内化为基础,以人文精神为核心的人文素养.本文就优秀教师内在的人文素养的意义、特征及其养成途径进行探讨.

Abstract:With the combination of science and cultural activities in human society,the criteria for top teachers are getting higher and higher than ever before.Such teachers shall be well qualified for their jobs which are marked not only with their solid foundation of professional vocational knowledge,excellent teaching skills and outstanding achievements,vut also with their humane attainments on the base of assimilating a rich knowledge of humanities.This essay focuses on humane qualities,distinguished characteristics in a top teacher and the solutions to foster such talents.
