摘    要:分析了影响环境生物交叉学科人才实践能力培养的主要问题所在,针对具体问题提出培养实践性人才的两条具体途径:特色教学计划和教学方案的完善和优化,多样化实效强的实验教学和实践教学。

Abstract:The main reasons that influenced the interdiscipline subject talents training were analyzed in this article.Then two substantial ways were proposed to personnel training for EB interdiscipline subjects in engineering colleges: improving and optimizing the distinctive teaching plan and teaching programme;developing diversity experiments practicing teaching focused on strong actual effects.
