| 摘 要： | 腿法技术合理、成功的运用是散打比赛的制胜法宝和主要得分手段。文章通过对近年来一系列高水平的散打比赛中腿法技术的运用情况进行观摩、研究,分析其运用成败的影响因素,旨在为我国散打运动项目的训练提供理论和实践依据。

| Abstract: | The success of rational use of leg techniques is the main scoring weapon and means of Sanda competitions.In recent years,through observing and study on the use of leg techniques in a series of high level Sanda competitions and analyzing the impact factors of their success or failure,tries to find some theoretical and practical evidences for Chinese Sanda training. |
