| 摘 要： | 合作研发在为高新技术企业带来丰厚利润的同时,其不确定性为研发过程带来了巨大的风险,因此合作研发的风险管理显得尤为重要。文章针对合作研发项目的特点,提出一种合作研发风险评价指标体系,用人工神经网络方法建立风险评价模型并进行实证分析,提出相应的风险应对策略。

| Abstract: | The R&D cooperation between high-tech enterprises has brought huge profits for them,while the uncertainty of it has also brought huge risks for the R&D process.Therefore,the risk management of R&D cooperation becomes especially important.In response to the features of R&D cooperation,this paper has proposed a risk assessment indicator system,and built a risk assessment model by using artificial neural network.Then it has analyzed an example by using the model and proposed risk-coping strategies. |
