| 摘 要： | 丰富的自然资源有可能将资源富集地的经济发展引入"资源优势陷阱",发生"资源诅咒",导致区域经济社会发展陷入困境,也可能拉动资源富集地区经济实现快速、可持续发展.在对庆阳市经济发展现状分析的基础上,提出在陇东能源化工基地建设中,如何科学开发利用油气资源,规避"资源诅咒",实现经济可持续发展的对策.
