摘    要:节能建筑并非一定是高成本的建筑,建筑物的建设不仅要考虑工程一次性建造的成本,还要考虑建筑物在使用过程中的所消耗的成本。相关的技术管理人员在节能建筑项目建设的各个阶段都进行成本分析与比较,利用不同方案的对比、价值工程等手段降低节能建筑的建造成本。在应对过程中采用新型的建筑节能材料和卓越的管理模式来降低节能建筑的造价成本,争取以最少的投入获得最大的收益,从而在激烈的节能建筑市场竞争中处于主导的地位,推动节能建筑的可持续发展。

Abstract:Energy saving building corresponds with the sustainable development of our current strategic thinking and the concept of harmony between man and nature. It is an important direction of the current development of construction industry, which should arouse the attention of the whole society. Energy saving building is not necessarily costly construction. In the construction of buildings, we should not only consider the cost of one-time construction, but also consider the cost of building in the course. Related building technology managers should analyse and compare the cost in the various stages of the project construction, use the method of comparison of different solutions, value engineering and other means to reduce the costs of construction of energy efficient buildings. They should also use new materials and the excellent management mode to reduce the cost of energy-efficient construction, in addition to use minimum capital investment to get the maximum benefit, so as to achieve dominance position in the market of energy-efficient buildings which is in the fierce competition and oromote the su~tainahl~ rl~v,~l f ,,~ ~~'~'~_, t...:la:.__
