| 摘 要： | 体育教学过程优化的问题就是优化教学控制的问题，它是体育教师能够达成教学目标的重要保障。在表述教学控制现状的基础上，通过分析高校体育选项制新课程将引发的教学控制问题，并据此提出了发展和优化教学控制的方式方法，其目的在于让体育教师通过提升教学控制水平更好地适应和促进高校体育选项制新课程的发展。

| Abstract: | The optimization of teaching process of physical education is to optimize teaching control, which is an important assurance for physical education teacher to fulfill teaching objectives within their capability. On the basis of describing the current situation of teaching control, the authors analyzed the problems of teaching control which would incur in the option system for the new curricula of physical education in colleges and universities, and hence brought forward the manner and method to develop and optimize teaching control, so that physical education teachers would better adapt themselves to and boost the development of option system for the new curricula of physical education in colleges and universities. |
