人类社会发展已进入21世纪，走可持续发展的道路已成为世界性的共识。可持续发展战略是生态持续性、经济持续性、社会持续性三个方面有机统一的发展战略，其理论核心是围绕着以人为中心的社会－－生态环境系统的协调发展，突出强调社会发展的协调性和整体性。为此，必须解放思想，实事求是，转变旧有的发展观，变革传统的思维方式，树立科学系统的发展观。

The key goal of sustainable development strategy

It has become a common understanding in the world that sustainable development,a strategy of development with an organic integration of sustainability of ecology,economy and society,should be the approach to the evolution of human society as we entered the 21st century.The theoretical key point of this strategy is focusing on a society with man as its core,a harmonious development of ecological systems,giving prominence to the unity and harmony of social development.It is therefore necessary to change outdated development view and traditional mode of thinking,and to fostrer a scientific and systematic view of development,by means of emancipating mind practically and realistically.
