可持续发展理念在大型精密仪器开放共享中的探索与实践

尽管大型精密仪器的开放共享作为当前高校仪器设备管理的先进理念,已经成为提高设备使用效益、实现资源共享和减小重复购置的重要举措,然而在实践中存在片面强调开放共享而造成设备资源透支使用的潜在风险,为避免这一现象的发生,北京化工大学提出了开放共享的可持续发展理念,并从机制建立、制度保障、人员培训等方面予以贯彻执行,从而实现共享开放和仪器管理的协调和平衡发展。
