| 摘 要： | 世纪之交,江泽民总书记提出了“三个代表”的重要思想,同时党中央又提出了加快西部大开发的战略决策。两密切联系,加快西部大开发是我党践行“三个代表”的重要组成部分,同时我们又必须以“三个代表”思想为指导,才能更好地加快西部大开发的进程。

| Abstract: | At the turn of this century, General Secretary Jiang Zemin puts forward the important idea of "Three Represents", and in the meantime, the Party Central Committee makes the strategic decision about quickening the large\|scale development of west China. These two have close connections. On the one hand, speeding up the large\|scale development of west China is the major component of "Three Represents" carried out by our party. On the other hand, we can better speed up the large\|scale development of west China guided by "Three Represents". |
