| 摘 要： | 实施可持续发展观,必须重视人的素质的发挥。社会主义现代化中,我国巨大的人口压力,要求全面提高人的素质,发挥人力资源优势;市场经济的发展,要求提高人的科学文化素质和思想道德素质;日益严重的生态环境问题,也要求重视人才的培养,全面提高经济社会发展的质量和水平。

| Abstract: | To carry out the sustainable development, we should highlight the development of man's potentiality. As china is under a great pressure of population problem, in the process of socialist modernization, it calls for all-round exploring of men's potentiality and making full use of the advantage of human resources. With the development of the market economy, we should improve people's scientific and cultural qualities as well as moral quality. The increasingly serious ecological environment problem also calls for the improvement of the qualities of the talents, and the improvement of quality and level of economic development. |
