中外优秀男子散打运动员进身技法的比较研究

散打比赛中运动员从对峙的无效距离调整到有效的接触进攻，需要一定的进身技术才能完成。本文运用文献资料、录像观察和数理统计等方法，从散打进身技法的类型、拳法进身技术、腿法进身技术以及组合进身技术的角度，对中外散打运动员进身技法在比赛中的运用进行比较分析，并提出了改进我国散打运动员进身技法的建议。旨在为提高我国散打运动员的技术水平提供理论与实践依据。

Comparative Study on Skill of Attack Opponent for the Elite Male Sanda Players both at Home and Abroad

From the confrontation of ineffective distance to the effective attack distance in the Sanda match, the Sanda player must have some attack skill. This paper, through the methods of literature review, video observation and mathematical statistics method, makes comparative analysis on skill of attack opponent of the elite male Sanda players both at home and abroad, from the view of the type of skill and boxing movement skill and kicking method and combination technique. Some suggestions were pat forward on improving the attack skill of China Sanda players. The purpose is to provide the basis of theory and practice for the technical level of China Sanda player.
