| 摘 要： | 对工业化作狭义理解导致了重工业优先发展战略；从技术进步角度对工业化作广义理解产生了比较优势发展战略；从知识角度对工业化作广义理解将衍生出可持续发展战略。西部经济发展不应由大量使用不可再生性的地球资源来推动，而应由大量使用可再生性的知识来推动。

| Abstract: | The narrow understanding for industrialization led to the heavy industry priority development strategy. The broad understanding for industrialization in the technological progress eye brought the comparative advantage development strategy.The broad understanding for industrialization from the point of view of knowledge will evolve the sustainable development strategy. The economic development should not be driven by slather non reproductive resources,and it should be driven by slather reproductive knowledge in the West of China. |
