| 摘 要： | 甘青藏区,是藏族和中原、北方草原地区交往的交通要道,历代中央王朝对该区治理十分重视。明朝,为防止蒙藏联合,在甘青藏区建立了军事卫所并实行土流参治的行政设置。这一政策,不仅加强了中央对甘青藏区的控制,亦促进了甘青藏区的发展及民族融合。

| Abstract: | Gansu Qinghai Tibetan areas, It is very import in the history After Ming Dynasty establishment, the military weisuo system is a special local administrative system carried out in Gansu Qinghai Tibetan areas And the same time, still uses the tuliucanzhi system; of course, This system played an indispendable role in stabilizing the situation of this areas. And as a result of each kind of reasons, tbe Gansu Qinghai national minority appears certainly development. |
