摘    要:半导体光催化氧化技术由于具有价廉、环境友好等优点,被认为在有机污水处理领域具有很好的应用前景。近十年来,P型半导体氧化亚铜以其无毒、价廉、太阳光响应及性能稳定等优点成为一种备受关注的新型光催化材料。本文综述了目前湿法制备氧化亚铜方法以及改性技术,同时介绍了氧化亚铜在光催化氧化处理水中有机污染物和分解水制备氢气两方面的应用研究现状,并对氧化亚铜今后的研究方向提出几点建议。

Abstract:Semiconductor photocatalytic oxidation tends to be widely applied to organic wastewater treatment because it is low-cost and environment-friendly as a promising technology.P-type semiconductor cuprous oxide has become a new photocatalytic material of great concern because it is nontoxic,cheap and responsive to sunlight.The present preparation of cuprous oxide in wet way and its improvement are summarized.The application of cuprous oxide to photocatalytic oxidation treatment of wastewater organic contaminant and to hydrogen preparation by decomposing water is introduced.Finally some suggestions on the future study of cuprous oxide are offered.
