| 摘 要： | 走可持续发展之路是人类社会发展的必然选择，中国的可持续发展战略能否顺实现关键在于可持续发展人才的培养，而人才的培养关键在教师。这是作为培养中小学教师工作母机的高等师范尤其要面临的挑战，适应社会发展需求，改革单一培养目标为复合型培养目标成为高师教学改革的必然和关键所在。

| Abstract: | The road of the sustainable development is the certain choice in the development of human society. Whether the strategy of Chinese sustainable development can be successfully carried out, lies in the cultivation of the sustainable developing talents. This is an especial challenge for the Normal University which is the machine tool for training the primary and middle school teachers. In order to meet the need of the social development, it becomes the necessity and crux for Normal Universities to change from single training object to compound training object. |
